Hi, I’m Forlakeh, a certified Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Coach. As a wife and mother of three children, all born via C-section, I understand the challenges of balancing fitness, health, and family. I am also a proud survivor of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), and I have successfully managed my symptoms through a dedicated focus on diet and exercise.

I work with men and women of all ages, helping them achieve their fitness goals while navigating life’s changes. With experience as a certified Peri and Menopausal Fitness Trainer, I specialize in providing personalized fitness plans that support your journey through each life stage.
