Interested in registering for a Virtual Camp session? Here are some questions that might help!

We offer a monthly Workout Training and Nutrition Coaching membership virtually from the comfort of your home, no matter where you are located. Please see the membership options to view the details of each.

Your membership grants you access to our 4-week camp that begins on the 2nd of every month. Just keep your subscription active and you’ll be good to go for each session.

You will be charged on the 1st of the month regardless of the day you subscribe. You must subscribe before the 1st of the month or your membership will begin the following month.

Our workout is for all fitness level. From beginners to advanced. Everyone just do the best they can. The more you do, the more you improve. We don’t expect you to be at your best from day one but the progress you make along the way will surprise you. We modify some of the moves to accommodate any challenge that one may have. We do body weight exercises and also workout with some dumbbells. All exercises are instructor led/guided …it would be like I am there beside you in your house or gym.

We meet LIVE on zoom every weekday from 6:00am – 6:45am

Yes, no problem. We have our Nutrition only option that would yield same results.

You need some dumbbells according to your strength, space, and phone or laptop to connect to zoom. Facebook marketplace always have cheap dumbbells.

You have two food tracking options to choose from. Once you get your assigned options, your job is to be consistent with this option and making yourself accountable to the coach. Coach give you feedbacks daily and monitor your progress along the way.

No food is out of bounds and No, we do not offer meal plans. To be successful in this lifestyle journey, I encourage that you eat whatever you like as long as it meets your nutrition plan requirement. The goal is to give you freedom with food without deprivation.
We have a community of like minded people on WhatsApp. This group would be our Safe Space for the whole of 6 weeks. We post meal inspirations, ideas, positive notes, struggles, and so much more. Post all you want in the group.
You will never know until you try it. This is so different from what you are seeing online but we will let you be the judge.
Everything in life is about input and output. The effort you put in would determine your success. Believe us that if you work hard and are consistent, your results will blow your mind.
