What’s included:

45 minutes Instructor Led Personal Training in a group Format
- Four Weeks duration

6AM to 6:45AM and 6PM to 6:45PM (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays)-We are off on Wednesdays

Equipments provided by StayFit Fitness (Varieties of Gym equipments will be utilized).

Nutrition Coaching

Whatsapp/Facebook accountability group

Daily calorie intake/alternate tracking method monitoring and assistance.
- Calls to Coach returned with 24hrs.
Please note: All Clients MUST go through health assessment before beginning each camp. Assessment and weigh ins MUST be done prior to first day of Training. Contact Coach to schedule.
