What’s included:

• 45 minutes Instructor Led Personal Training in a group Format
• Four Weeks duration
• 6AM to 6:45AM OR 6PM to 6:45PM (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays).
• Equipments provided by StayFit Fitness (Varieties of Gym equipments will be utilized).

What’s NOT included:

• Nutrition Coaching(If you want Nutrition Coaching, select the option that includes Nutrition Coaching).

Please note: All Clients MUST go through health assessment before beginning each camp. Assessment and weigh ins MUST be done prior to first day of Training. Contact Coach to schedule.
