STAYFIT VIRTUAL BOOTCAMP

July 4th - August 12th

*cost is for the entire camp session*

  • Type of Sessions: 3 days a week instructor-led group exercise with Nutrition Coaching for 6 weeks
  • Time: Mornings (6:00am – 6:45am) or Evenings (6:00pm – 6:45pm)
  • Days: Every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday
  • Location: Live on Zoom
  • Equipment needed: light to medium dumbbells

  • Videos from the classes will be provided 24 hours after each session

You should always consult your physician or other healthcare provider before changing your diet or starting an exercise program. You understand that there is a risk of injury associated with participating and using StayFit Fitness (StayFit Camp)

With at least 24 hours’ notice, you may only carry over 1-2 sessions to the next camp session otherwise there is zero refund policy.

Both Morning & Evening Sessions - $200

  • A free 20-minute initial Nutrition coaching session is included
