We offer a monthly Workout Training and Nutrition Coaching membership virtually from the comfort of your home, no matter where you are located. Please see the membership options to view the details of each.
Your membership grants you access to our 4-week camp every month. Just keep your subscription active and you’ll be good to go for each session
If you a returning clients, you will be charged 10 days before the start of next camp. A reminder will be sent in advance. If you are just signing up, you card will be charged immediately.
We meet LIVE on zoom every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00am – 6:45am or 6PM to 6:45PM
You need some dumbbells according to your strength, space, and phone or laptop to connect to zoom. Facebook marketplace always have cheap dumbbells.
You have two food tracking options to choose from. Once you get your assigned options, your job is to be consistent with this option and making yourself accountable to the coach. Coach give you feedbacks daily and monitor your progress along the way.
