ABOUT ME

HI, I'M FORLAHKEH!

Hi, I’m Forlakeh – Certified Fitness Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and founder of StayFit Fitness.

As a wife, mother of three (all born via C-section), and a survivor of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), I understand firsthand how complex the journey to health and confidence can be. My story isn’t just about weight loss—it’s about healing, rediscovery, and redefining the relationship with food and body image.

From a young age, I struggled with body dysmorphia and the emotional toll of constant comparison. Even during my time in the military—where I trained others and pushed my body to meet strict standards—I still felt like something was missing. I spent years trying every cardio routine and diet imaginable, only to be met with frustration, disappointment, and shame. Like many women, I didn’t realize I had PCOS until I faced challenges with fertility. That diagnosis became the turning point.

After the birth of my children and the emotional and physical rollercoaster that followed, I found strength in faith. I truly believe the Holy Spirit guided me toward the tools, knowledge, and training that finally helped me manage my PCOS and reconnect with my body in a healthy, empowered way.

In 2013, StayFit Fitness was born—not just from passion, but from purpose. We started small—training clients in my garage, then at parks—but our mission was big: to help people break free from diet culture, fall in love with movement, and heal their relationship with food.

Today, I specialize in coaching men and women of all ages, including those navigating perimenopause and menopause, using personalized fitness and nutrition plans that honor each person’s unique journey. At StayFit Fitness, we don’t label foods as “bad” or promote deprivation. We teach sustainable, balanced living and believe that food is a beautiful gift from God meant to nourish and energize us.

Over the years, we’ve helped hundreds of clients around the world—both virtually and in-person—transform their health, regain confidence, and even reduce or eliminate medication through lifestyle changes. We’ve seen women look in the mirror and smile again, men feel strong in their bodies again, and families build a legacy of wellness together.

StayFit Fitness isn’t just a program. It’s a calling—and I’m here to walk this journey with you.

Let’s build the strongest, healthiest, and most confident version of YOU—together.
