What’s included:

Children ages 10-14 Only
IN-PERSON ONLY
Only on Tuesdays and Thursdays 6PM-7PM and Saturday 11-12PM
Prices are based on Minimum of two days/week. Third day would require additional payment
Children that want to develop strength or lose weight
Doctor and Parental approval needed
A physical assessment approval from the doctor will be required.
Includes Nutrition Tips only

No under age siblings allowed
Parents MUST drop and Pick up.

No virtual Training
