Hello Family, I apologize for not writing you all lately. I just wanted to stop by today and share this with you.
If there is one thing to take away from this blog, please learn that ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN but strong core are made in the Gym. Several people go straight to core exercises with the hope of losing belly fat, please remember that belly fat can only be lost through proper diets and nutrition. After addressing your nutrition, the next thing is to add some strength to your core by doing target core exercises.
Why do you need to strengthen your core? Because you use your core in everything you do. When you lift, you use your core otherwise you would hurt your back. You use your core when you walk, you use your core any time you exercise. You even use your core when you sit or get up. The stronger your core, the better your flexibility and posture is whenever you exercise or do daily activities.

I totally agree, core are made in the gym. I will check out th video, it will be helpful on days I dont want to go to the gym. Your abs are fire 🔥🔥🔥
